This Privacy Policy applies to the Stamped & Subscribed mobile application (the “Application”), developed and maintained by Maeva Liebling (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “as is”.
Information Collection and Use
Stamped & Subscribed is designed to work primarily offline and does not require creating an account.
The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, such as names, email addresses, or payment details. All data you enter into the Application (including subscriptions, punchcards, costs, dates, and usage) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider or any external server.
Analytics / Telemetry
We use the privacy-friendly analytics service TelemetryDeck (provider: TelemetryDeck GmbH, Von-der-Tann-Str. 54, 86159 Augsburg, Germany) to analyze anonymous app usage data in order to improve the Application.
The processing of analytics data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, as usage analysis helps us provide and improve the Application.
What data is transferred?
The data processed by TelemetryDeck is fully anonymized and does not allow conclusions about individual users.
Data collected may include:
- An anonymized, untraceable user ID per app installation
- Actions defined by the Service Provider (e.g., “app launched,” “settings opened”)
- Timestamps rounded to the nearest hour
- Device metadata such as system version, app version, and device type.
What is not stored?
TelemetryDeck does not store:
- IP addresses (neither in logs nor databases)
- Cookies or tracking technologies
- Persistent identifiers traceable to individuals
TelemetryDeck does not track users across apps or websites.
Data Retention
Because all user data is stored locally on your device, the Service Provider does not retain user data.
Uninstalling the Application removes all data associated with it from the device.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable care in designing the Application to protect user data.
Since all data remains on your device and is not transmitted to servers, there is no server-side storage of personal information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating this page. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
